A Message From  Chamber President, Debbi Gyulay

Welcome to the Valley Stream Chamber of Commerce website where members and non members can stay connected to the business community.

I am often asked, “What does VSCC do?” Some of our activities include:

* Publishing a bimonthly newsletter
* Holding a Business Community Expo open to the public
* Providing holiday lighting and year round welcome banners to decorate the Village
* Co-sponsoring the 4th of July Fireworks
* Awarding a scholarship to a Valley Stream high school senior
* Providing member to member discounts
* Monthly membership meetings with informative speakers and opportunity to network with other businesspeople.

Board members attend meetings of the VS High School District Business Advisory Council as well as meetings of the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce. Through these connections and our positive relationship with the Mayor’s office, VSCC strengthens its ties to our local and county communities.

The members of VSCC are the fabric of the business community and our interest is to continue to find ways to improve the community while enjoying the positive qualities the Village has to offer.

If you would like to join VSCC, the application is available online. To be a member one has to have a business in Valley Stream or do most of their business here. Dues are $125.00 and membership is for the calendar year (January – December).
